How do I renew my season tickets online?
Login to your account at BUTICKETS, your seats from last season will be featured on the front page or they will appear under the Packages tab. Click RENEW NOW. Review your information for accuracy. Click RENEW if no changes are needed. If you are interested in adding additional seats select ADD MORE.

How do I purchase 2022 Football season tickets?

Season tickets can be purchased online at BUFOOTBALL, By phone at 570-577-1000, or in person at the Campus Box Office (Mon-Fri, 10 am-4 pm).

I can’t find my tickets? What do I do?

No need to worry. The Campus Box Office will gladly help resend E-Tickets to your email or print out tickets before or at the event.

What sports do I need to purchase a ticket to attend?

Football, men's & women's basketball, selected wrestling matches, and Patriot League home playoff games.

Do BU students and BU Faculty/ Staff have to pay to attend athletic events?
Admission to all home regular-season Bison athletic events is FREE for students & faculty/ staff who present a valid Bucknell ID. Students & faculty/ staff will have to buy tickets for home Patriot League Playoff games.

What is the best way to reach the BU Campus Ticket Office if I have questions or need assistance?

The Campus Box Office can be reached by phone at 570-577-1000, email at tickets@bucknell.edu, or visit us in person Monday-Friday, 10 am-4 pm.

Where is the BU Campus Box Office located?

The Campus Box office is located in the lobby within the Weis Center of Performing Arts.

Where can I find free and "open to the public" events?

Free and open to the public events on campus can be found in the Weis Center BrochureBucknell Music Performances ScheduleStadler Center for Poetry & Literary Arts Writers SeriesSamek Art Museum Current Exhibitions, & Griot Institute Events.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash, Check, Credit Card, & BBilling.

What time does the Campus Box Office open before events?

The Campus Box Office generally opens one hour prior to the event and doors will open thirty minutes before the event. Football and basketball games will usually have gates open one hour before game time. Ticketed events and games will have either a box office or table selling tickets at the venue.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

Based on inventory availability, tickets may be purchased at the box office before any ticketed Bison game and event, but it is highly recommended that you purchase your tickets in advance.

I am a parent or friend of a Bison student-athlete. Where do I pick up the tickets they have left for me?

For football & Basketball, family and friends of student-athletes who have been left tickets will need to present valid ID at the Player Comp Location.

Can I buy an E-Ticket?

Yes, purchased tickets can be delivered as an E-ticket, Will-Call, US-Mail, Hard Ticket, & Season Ticket Credential. Ticket options may vary per event.

How do I upgrade or change my season ticket seat location?

To upgrade or request to relocate your season ticket(s), please call Tom Ford, CBO Assistant Manager, at 570-577-7506.

How do I request disability accommodation services for Weis Center performances?
Patrons should call the Campus Box Office at 570-577-1000. Please be sure to inform the Campus Box Office staff of any accommodation needs you may have when purchasing tickets. We will accommodate patrons to the best of our ability based upon availability at the time of your ticket purchase. The Weis Center ground floor is fully accessible; however, please be aware that there is no elevator to the balcony level. Our trained staff is available during events to assist patrons in finding their seats safely and comfortably.

How do I request the use of the headphone system at Weis Center performances?
A headphone system of assistance for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing is available upon request. Please call 570-577-3720 at least two business days prior to the performance.

How do I request sign language interpreting at Weis Center performances?
Interpreter services will be provided upon request. Although Bucknell University will make every attempt to fill requests for interpreter service, there is no guarantee for any request submitted less than five business days prior to the event. Please call 570-577-3727 at least 10 business days prior to the performance.

Are there alternative-text programs available for Weis Center performances?
Programs in alternative text are available for most Weis Center performances. For enlarged text programs, patrons should call 570-577-3727 at least three business days prior to the performance. For programs in Braille, please call 570-577-3727 at least 10 business days prior to the performance.

How do I update my profile information?
If your contact information has changed, please contact us by phone at 570-577-1000, or email at tickets@bucknell.edu for assistance.

How do I create an account?

For First-time users to create an account, click My Account, located at the top right corner of your screen. Select Create a New Account button and complete the form.
